Use this product at your own risk.  We do not refund because you don't like the product or it doesn't taste like your cigarette or you found another model you like better.  We cannot return a used product to our manufacturer.

We do replace all faulty parts as soon as you let us know there is a problem.  We pay all postage for returns to our customers and to the manufacturers.

These parts are not FDA approved at this time.  There are different suppliers applying for FDA registrations, this is not an approval.  There is no supplier in USA with FDA approval. Some suppliers filed suit against the FDA for holding shipments from China, a decision on this is expected in November of 2009
